David Lock
Non Executive Director
David is head of the public health department of the national law firm Mills and Reeve. He was formerly Chairman of the National Criminal Intelligence Service a Member of Parliament and Minister for Civil Justice and has been at the forefront of innovative thinking about the development of the legal profession both as a Minister and afterwards.
He became a Director of LBC in 2002 and since then his role has been to advise the company on strategy and developments in the legal services market.
