Booking form

The fee for this course is £1450 plus VAT. (This fee will increase to £1650 plus VAT from 1st January 2009.) This includes two full days tuition, accommodation on Sunday and Monday nights (registration is on Sunday evening from 5pm), all course materials and meals.

Once you have booked, we will invoice you for the full amount (we do not accept credit cards). Please note that places are limited to 36, you are therefore advised to book early.

Please note that arrival is on Sunday evening.
