
A highly participative workshop developed as part of our Soft Skills Masterclass Programme and building on the concepts of principled negotiation promoted by Harvard Law School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology through the Harvard Negotiation Project. The content has been adapted specifically for in-house lawyers and is supported by a number of interactive case studies. This advanced course includes using video to debrief and coach. The workshop consists of a mix of formal presentation, paper exercises and video recorded simulated negotiations. Workshops are interactive and designed to facilitate a wide-ranging discussion that enables all the delegates to get the most from the experience.
Designed primarily for Legal Directors, Heads of Legal and Senior General Counsel. Numbers are strictly limited and in this small group the coaching is very intensive but also empathic and supportive.
