Objectives
- To establish the realisation that behaviours can be analysed, trained and adapted to maximise the best utilisation of resources for the benefit of lawyers and clients.

Course Content
This is a one-day workshop based on the work of US management consultant and psychologist Aubrey C. Daniels. He is the best selling author of “Bringing out the Best in People” highlighting the significant and long-term benefits of credible Performance Management. The following elements are covered in the Workshop:
- Understanding and analysing how and why lawyers do what they do.
- Identifying what drives performance.
- Strategies for reinforcing positive influences for improved performance.
- Measurement and feedback.
- The typical behaviours of leadership.
