Future-proofing client relationships
Lessons from 43 panel reviews

Between 2007 and 2010 Paul Gilbert worked with General Counsel on 43 panel review or panel set-up exercises.

He has worked all over the world, in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa, but 32 of these panel exercises were in the UK working with teams across sectors (private and public) and across industries including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms, Manufacturing and Retail.

In this two hour workshop presentation Paul talks frankly about the lessons to be taken from this work, the trends, the errors, the best practices and suggests how law firms should approach panel activity. In particular Paul looks to the future of client relationship development and presents a powerful argument for steps that can and should be taken today to secure work for tomorrow.

The presentation is suitable for groups of up to twenty, to encourage questions and interaction throughout, and will be relevant for Partners and senior associates plus Business Development and Marketing professionals.

The fee is £1950 plus VAT
