Course Content
This is a one-day, highly interactive workshop for lawyers engaged in the process of successful change management. As well as being interactive, the workshop is designed to facilitate a wide-ranging discussion that enables all the delegates to get the most from the experience.
The following aspects of change management will be covered:
- Identifying your preferred/required model for change.
- Developing the change strategy.
- The importance of leadership in any change programme.
- The importance of communication in any change programme.
- Implementing change and knowing you have been successful.
