Course Content
A highly practical and participative workshop presentation that
will define “pick-up-and-use” strategies that can be implemented
straightaway. It includes the following:
- The 7 stages to successful relationship management.
- Defining your role and meeting business expectations, including
a perception test to test your own assumptions, those of the business
and your team.
- Case studies – practical examples to work through with full debrief
and Q&As.
- Identifying and developing skills and competencies to deliver an
outstanding legal service while also working with risk to maximise
value.
Copy slides and notes will also be provided.
