Anthony is a business advisor with 20 years legal, risk management and, compliance experience working with businesses in all sectors. He has held senior positions within the legal teams of professional services firms, industry and private practice. He is an experienced project manager who has created and delivered projects and training designed to change an organisations culture of risk management. Anthony has coached and mentored teams to achieve and maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness. He lad led cross-functional and matrix structured teams (finance, tax, HR and external legal counsel) to deliver services and solutions to meet customer requirements, reduce costs for the business and increase profitability.
