Christopher Barnard has spent 30 years in various roles as an in-house counsel with The Coca-Cola Company, including General Counsel International based in London.
Since retiring in the summer of 2010 Christopher took on the role of Executive Director of Marques Ltd, an organisation for networking and lobbying on behalf of IP lawyers both in-house and private practitioners.
He began his career in private practice in New Zealand and joined The Coca-Cola Company there in a management role, subsequently taking an in-house legal position. Since then he has lived and worked in multiple jurisdictions including the US, Hong Kong, Sydney, Tokyo and London.
