Markel International is a subsidiary of Markel Corporation, a Fortune 500 US-based holding company for insurance and investment operations around the world that trades on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: MKL).
I lead the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance department and I am a member of the Executive Committee at Markel International. The team supports the business through compliance, company secretarial, corporate governance and in-house legal services. In 2019 the team won the Legal 500 award: In-house Team of the Year for Insurance.
I am the co-chair of the Young Professionals Board of Missing People and a member of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of the International Underwriting Association. In 2016 I was shortlisted for “Rising Star In-House Counsel of the Year” at the Legal Business Awards.
I am also a Meyler Campbell trained executive coach and in my my spare time I can be found coaching, problem solving and making cocktails. I love swimming, running, reading and spending time with my family.
