General Counsel, Non Executive Director, Charity Volunteer

Nicola’s varied career has encompassed partnership at both a City law firm and a start-up media boutique, before she made the switch in-house. She subsequently spent over a decade in the media/advertising world, initially as an employment lawyer, before becoming the global General Counsel of an AIM listed media tech company. She has also spent time as the General Counsel/Chief of Staff for a wealthy international family, as well as a period at Airbnb EMEA. She has now made the lifestyle choice to take on contract work, in between visiting far flung places, be it the summit of Kilimanjaro, trekking to the Lost City of Colombia, or working with street-children in Ecuador.

She is a non-Executive Director of Clean Slate Training & Employment CIC, as well as providing strategic advice to Zero Gravity, another social enterprise/charity.
