Charles Grimes is a Business Psychologist who works with individuals, groups and teams to help them improve their performance.
He qualified initially as a Chartered Surveyor and was a member of the RICS for more than 20 years. He has also worked in classical music broadcasting (for Radio Television Hong Kong and the BBC) and, for the last 20 years has been consulting with many well known global brands – Barclays, British Airways, BP, GlaxoSmithKline, Google, Lloyds Bank, McDonalds, Pfizer, Tesco, Unilever, Virgin Atlantic – on the broad subject of Leadership.
He holds an MSc from Ashridge Business School, has taught on the Advanced Management Programme at Henley Business School, is an Associate Course Director for The Leadership Trust, is a Faculty member of Allen & Overy’s Smart Start Programme, and since 2006 has been a Faculty member of the LBCambridge Spring and Summer Schools for In-house Lawyers held at Queens’ College, Cambridge.
He has a strong interest in music – he sings regularly in Hereford Cathedral – and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He also has a Private Pilot’s Licence and (in his spare time) runs workshops on Banking Reform and Monetary Policy.
